- How long until my order is dispatched?
- As everything is handmade, orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. If a piece is made to order, we’ll let you know the timeframe by email.
- Where do you ship?
- We currently ship Australia-wide for a flat $12.00 rate per order.
- Can I pick up my order instead?
- Yes — if you’re local to Australind, WA, choose "Free local pickup" at checkout and there’s no postage to pay. We’ll email you the address and arrange a time once your order is ready.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
- We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully and ask us anything before ordering. If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, get in touch and we’ll make it right — see our Shipping & Returns page.
- Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?
- Yes. Pricing and turnaround times are different for wholesale and bulk orders, so please get in touch via the Contact page and we’ll work out what you need.
- Do you take custom orders?
- Sometimes! Send us a message via the Contact page and we’ll see what we can do.
- How do I care for my pieces?
- Keep items out of direct sunlight and moisture, and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
