Terms of Service

Everything we sell is handmade, so no two pieces are identical. Small variations in colour, size, grain and finish are part of the character of a handmade item and are not faults.

We photograph our work as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colours may look slightly different in person.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it by dispatching your items — not when the payment goes through.

Occasionally we may be unable to accept an order, for example if an item sells out, if there was a pricing error, or if we can’t deliver to your address. If that happens we’ll contact you and refund you in full.

Stock is shown as accurately as we can manage, but because pieces are made in small numbers an item can occasionally sell out between your order and our packing it.

All prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is handled by Stripe on their own secure page. We never see or store your card details. We may cancel and refund an order if the payment is reversed or disputed.

We ship within Australia only. Dispatch times, costs and delivery information are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Once posted, delivery timeframes are in the hands of the carrier. Please make sure your delivery address is correct — we can’t redirect a parcel once it has been sent.

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

That is a choice about change of mind only. It takes nothing away from the consumer guarantees set out below, which apply to every order and cannot be excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where anything here conflicts with the Australian Consumer Law, the law applies.

Other than the rights described above, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it.

The photographs, designs, text and branding on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them commercially without asking first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
